Welcome to ZARQASH. We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your order within 3 days of receiving it.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, you’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return

- Mention your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and share return instructions.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost (unless the item received is damaged or incorrect).
- Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
